目的:研究长效硅橡胶软衬材料对全口义齿牙槽骨吸收变化的影响。方法:选择2010~2012年我科修复牙列缺失患者29例,牙槽骨条件在二级以上,随机分为两组,研究组应用长效硅橡胶软衬技术,对照组不应用软衬材料。修复后利用曲面断层和线性体层摄影技术,定点测量前牙区和后牙区牙槽骨高度,一年后复查牙槽骨高度,进行配对t检验统计分析。结果:牙槽骨吸收变化值,后牙区高于前牙区;两种测量技术均显示软衬材料组牙槽骨吸收低于对照组。结论:牙槽骨的吸收变化,前牙区低于后牙区,软衬材料的应用可以减缓牙槽骨的吸收。

목적:연구장효규상효연츤재료대전구의치아조골흡수변화적영향。방법:선택2010~2012년아과수복아렬결실환자29례,아조골조건재이급이상,수궤분위량조,연구조응용장효규상효연츤기술,대조조불응용연츤재료。수복후이용곡면단층화선성체층섭영기술,정점측량전아구화후아구아조골고도,일년후복사아조골고도,진행배대t검험통계분석。결과:아조골흡수변화치,후아구고우전아구;량충측량기술균현시연츤재료조아조골흡수저우대조조。결론:아조골적흡수변화,전아구저우후아구,연츤재료적응용가이감완아조골적흡수。
Objective:To study the effects of long-lasting silicone rubber soft-lined materials on the alveolar bone ab-sorption in complete denture. Method:The cases 29 edentulous patients with the second degree of alveolar bone condition were chosen from the year 2010 to 2012,andthey had been randomly divided into two groups. Group A applied long-lasting silicone rubber soft-lined technology,while group B did not use. Linear tomography and panoramic radiography were used to measured anterior region and posterior alveolar bone height after repairing and one year after repairing. Paired t-test was used for statistical analysis. Result:the absorption of alveolar bone in posterior tooth areas was higher than in the anterior areas. Both of two measurement techniques had shown that the absorption of alveolar bone in the group A was higher than the group B. Conclusion:The change of the absorption of alveolar bone in anterior region was lower than that of the posterior region. And the application of soft-lined materials could slow down the absorption of alveolar bone.
