目的观察2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍干预前后血浆C反应蛋白( CRP)及血脂浓度的变化。方法选取初发2型糖尿病84例,随机分为二甲双胍组( n=42)和对照组(n=42),两组均制订个性化的饮食及运动计划并予口服格列齐特缓释片,二甲双胍组在此基础上口服二甲双胍。观察并比较两组治疗前及治疗36周、72周血清CRP、血脂水平的变化。结果治疗36周、72周后二甲双胍组血清CRP、总胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯( TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)水平均较治疗前降低,与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较治疗前升高,与治疗前及对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组上述指标与治疗前比较均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍能缓解糖尿病患者体内炎性反应并降低血脂浓度。

목적관찰2형당뇨병환자응용이갑쌍고간예전후혈장C반응단백( CRP)급혈지농도적변화。방법선취초발2형당뇨병84례,수궤분위이갑쌍고조( n=42)화대조조(n=42),량조균제정개성화적음식급운동계화병여구복격렬제특완석편,이갑쌍고조재차기출상구복이갑쌍고。관찰병비교량조치료전급치료36주、72주혈청CRP、혈지수평적변화。결과치료36주、72주후이갑쌍고조혈청CRP、총담고순( TC)、감유삼지( TG)、저밀도지단백담고순( LDL-C)수평균교치료전강저,여치료전급대조조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);이고밀도지단백(HDL-C)교치료전승고,여치료전급대조조비교차이역유통계학의의(P<0.05);대조조상술지표여치료전비교균무명현변화(P>0.05)。결론이갑쌍고능완해당뇨병환자체내염성반응병강저혈지농도。
Objective To observe the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and lipid level before and after Metformin therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 84 patients with primary type 2 diabetes mel-litus were randomly divided into treatment group (n=42) and control group (n=42). The two groups received individual di-et, exercise scheme and oral Gliclazide Modified Release tablets, and the treatment group was added with Metformin based on the treatment. Changes of serum CRP and lipid level before treatment and after 36 and 72 weeks of treatment in the two groups were observed. Results After 36 and 72 weeks of treatment, levels of serum CRP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride ( TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) were significantly lower in treatment group, compared with those before treatment and in control group (P<0. 05);the level of high density lipoproteins (HDL-C) was significantly higher, compared with those before treatment and in control group (P<0. 05);the differences in levels of serum CRP, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C showed no statistical significances in control group before and after the treatment (P>0. 05). Conclusion Metformin can relieve IGT vascular inflammatory reaction and reduce the concentration of serum lipid level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
