发展生态旅游的根本目的是在发展生态旅游业的同时保护好旅游资源,实现土地的优化利用,对旅游区进行空间发展规划是实现这一目标的有效途径。本研究以海南省保亭县为研究对象,根据旅游资源开发和生态保护并重的评价原则,以旅游资源系统、旅游生态系统和旅游支持系统三个系统构建区域生态旅游适宜性评价指标体系,用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标体系中评价因子的权重,运用ArcGIS平台,对旅游资源、生态要素、社会经济等要素进行缓冲、空间插值等一系列分析,最后将单因子评价结果叠加得出生态旅游适宜性分布图,将研究区域分为生态旅游最适宜区、适宜区、中等适宜区和不适宜区,并从区域可持续发展角度提出了进行空间规划的开发建议。

The fundamental objective of eco-tourism is to protect the nature resources and achieve the optimal use of land while developing tourism. Spatial planning of ecological tourism zone is an ef ective way to achieve the goal. In this paper, Baoting County of Hainan Province was taken as a case study. The evaluation index system of eco-tourism suitability, which was composed from the system of tourism resources, the ecosystem and the tourism supporting system, was established based on the evaluation principles of sustainable development. The weight of index was determined by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). A series of analyzes such as buf ering, spatial interpolation was made on the tourism resources, ecological factors and socio-economic factors by ArcGIS. Final y, the suitability of the regional eco-tourism was evaluated by superimposing single factor evaluation results. According to the results of spatial analysis, the study areas were divided into four grades, i.e., most suitable, suitable, moderate suitable and unsuitable regions. Furthermore, several suggestions were proposed for regional sustainable development.
