目的：调查成人支气管哮喘患者氧气驱动雾化吸入的使用情况与药学监护现状。方法对我院呼吸内科进行氧气驱动雾化吸入的成人支气管哮喘患者的基本情况、操作方法进行调查，并对数据进行统计、分析。结果未经过药学教育初次使用雾化吸入的63例患者，仅10例（15.87％）能基本掌握雾化吸入操作，经过药学教育后有43例（68.25％）能基本掌握，经过药学教育的初次使用雾化吸入的68例患者中有53例（77.94％）能基本掌握操作方法，二次教育后仅余3例（4.41％）患者未掌握操作方法。经药师三次教育后大部分患者都能掌握操作方法。结论经过药学教育后大部分患者都能基本掌握雾化吸入操作方法，药师的药学教育对于患者掌握雾化吸入的操作方法十分重要。
목적：조사성인지기관효천환자양기구동무화흡입적사용정황여약학감호현상。방법대아원호흡내과진행양기구동무화흡입적성인지기관효천환자적기본정황、조작방법진행조사，병대수거진행통계、분석。결과미경과약학교육초차사용무화흡입적63례환자，부10례（15.87％）능기본장악무화흡입조작，경과약학교육후유43례（68.25％）능기본장악，경과약학교육적초차사용무화흡입적68례환자중유53례（77.94％）능기본장악조작방법，이차교육후부여3례（4.41％）환자미장악조작방법。경약사삼차교육후대부분환자도능장악조작방법。결론경과약학교육후대부분환자도능기본장악무화흡입조작방법，약사적약학교육대우환자장악무화흡입적조작방법십분중요。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the usage and the pharmaceutical care of using oxygen nebulizer inhala -tion in adult bronchial asthma patients.METHODS The basic situation and usage of oxygen nebulizer inhalation of patients who were in Respiratory department of Affiliated Hospital of Putian University were investigated and the data were analyzed.RESULTS There were 63 patients who had not been taught using oxygen nebulizer inhalation ,only 10 cases(15.87%) can master the operation basically ,there were 43 patients(68.25%) can grasp after pharmaceu-tical education and 53 case(77.94%) can operate it correctly in 68 patients after the initial pharmaceutical educa-tion,only 3 cases(4.41%) didn’t master the operation after the second education ,The most patients can master the operation thirdly.CONCLUSION The majority of patients can master the operation of oxygen nebulizer inhalation after pharmaceutical education ,It is important that pharmacists make the pharmaceutical education for them.
