目的:建立罗红霉素胶囊水分测定的方法。方法通过比较费休氏法和干燥失重法按中国药典方法测定样品中水分。结果两种方法测定结果基本一致,费休氏法平均回收率99.87%,RSD为0.24%。结论费休氏法更简便快速,定量准确,可作为罗红霉素胶囊水分测定方法。
目的:建立囉紅黴素膠囊水分測定的方法。方法通過比較費休氏法和榦燥失重法按中國藥典方法測定樣品中水分。結果兩種方法測定結果基本一緻,費休氏法平均迴收率99.87%,RSD為0.24%。結論費休氏法更簡便快速,定量準確,可作為囉紅黴素膠囊水分測定方法。
목적:건립라홍매소효낭수분측정적방법。방법통과비교비휴씨법화간조실중법안중국약전방법측정양품중수분。결과량충방법측정결과기본일치,비휴씨법평균회수솔99.87%,RSD위0.24%。결론비휴씨법경간편쾌속,정량준학,가작위라홍매소효낭수분측정방법。
OBJECTIVE To Establish a method for determining the moisture content in Roxithromycin Cap-sules.METHODS The moisture was determined by comparing loss on drying and Fischer′s method according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.RESULTS The determination results of the two methods were basically same ,the average recovery of Fisher′s method was 99.87%with RSD of 0.24%.CONCLUSION The Fischer's method is more sim-ple,fast,accurate,which is suitable for the determination of water in Roxithromycin Capsules.
