Sodium Ferulate for Injection%Bacterial endotoxin%TAL%Disturbing test
目的：建立注射用阿魏酸钠细菌内毒素检查法。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版二部附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果注射用阿魏酸钠稀释至1.25mg· mL -1时，不干扰细菌内毒素试验，其细菌内毒素限值可订为0·4EU· mg -1。结论使用细菌内毒素检查法检查注射用阿魏酸钠中的细菌内毒素是可行的，可用细菌内毒素检查法代替家兔热原检查法。
目的：建立註射用阿魏痠鈉細菌內毒素檢查法。方法採用《中國藥典》2010年版二部附錄細菌內毒素檢查法。結果註射用阿魏痠鈉稀釋至1.25mg· mL -1時，不榦擾細菌內毒素試驗，其細菌內毒素限值可訂為0·4EU· mg -1。結論使用細菌內毒素檢查法檢查註射用阿魏痠鈉中的細菌內毒素是可行的，可用細菌內毒素檢查法代替傢兔熱原檢查法。
목적：건립주사용아위산납세균내독소검사법。방법채용《중국약전》2010년판이부부록세균내독소검사법。결과주사용아위산납희석지1.25mg· mL -1시，불간우세균내독소시험，기세균내독소한치가정위0·4EU· mg -1。결론사용세균내독소검사법검사주사용아위산납중적세균내독소시가행적，가용세균내독소검사법대체가토열원검사법。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the bacterial endotoxin test of Sodium Ferulate for Injec-tion.METHODS The method of the bacterial endotoxin test approved by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( edition 2010 ) was adopted.RESULTS Sodium Ferulate for Injection was diluted to 1.25 mg· mL-1 ,does not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test ,the bacterial endotoxin limit can be set for 0.4EU· mg-1.CONCLUSION The meth-od is feasible to detect bacterial endotoxin in Sodium Ferulate for Injection , which can replace the rabbit pyrogen test.
