目的：建立化胃舒颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为 Hypersil DOS2 C18柱（4.6mm ×200mm，5μm），以乙腈-0.03％磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，检测波长210nm，柱温30℃，流速1.0mL· min -1。结果哈巴俄苷进样量为0.187～2.244μg时，与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系（ r＝1.0000），平均加样回收率为101.6％（ RSD 1.82％）。结论该方法样品处理简便，重现性好，灵敏度高，可用于化胃舒颗粒内在质量的控制方法。
목적：건립화위서과립중합파아감적함량측정방법。방법채용고효액상색보법，색보주위 Hypersil DOS2 C18주（4.6mm ×200mm，5μm），이을정-0.03％린산용액위류동상진행제도세탈，검측파장210nm，주온30℃，류속1.0mL· min -1。결과합파아감진양량위0.187～2.244μg시，여봉면적치구유량호적선성관계（ r＝1.0000），평균가양회수솔위101.6％（ RSD 1.82％）。결론해방법양품처리간편，중현성호，령민도고，가용우화위서과립내재질량적공제방법。
OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of harpagoside in Huaweishu Gran-ules.METHODS HPLC was performed on an Hypersil DOS 2 C18 ( 4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm ) with acetonitrile-0.03%phosphoric acid with a gradient elution program as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 ,210 nm as the detection wavelength ,the temperature of column was at 30℃.RESULTS Harpagoside showed good relation-ship at the range of 0.187 ~2.244μg ( r =1.0000 ) , the average recoveries was 101.6%( RSD 1.82%).CONCLUSION The results showed that the method is simple , repeatable and high sensitivity , it is suitable for quality control of Huaweishu Granules.
