对磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(Phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase,PI3K)抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物的临床研究进展作一综述。 PI3K在细胞生长,增殖和凋亡等过程中起重要调节作用,与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌等肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。因此,PI3K已成为很有前途的癌症治疗靶标,超过10多种PI3K抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物已进入临床研究。

This review focused on the progress in clinical trials testing phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase inhibitors (PI3Ki) as anticancer agents.PI3K is involved in various cellular processes and regulates many physiological func-tions including cell growth ,survival,amplification and apoptosis.The PI3K pathway is closely related to the occur-rence and development of breast cancer ,ovarian cancer,prostate cancer,etc.Therefore targeting PI3Ks is a promising approach for cancer therapy.Clinical trials of more than ten different PI 3K inhibitors as anticancer agents are under-way.
