Guangzhou Metro’ s A3 type car has a long-standing problem that unit car’ s main high-speed circuit breaker automatically disconnects which is lead by the overtime of communication between network control system VTCU and DXB module. To solve the problems mentioned above, have made the solution through a logic analysis of the control system software and repeated tests of timeout condition. Thus the long-term problem plaguing the vehicle running is solved.
