A new tubes capper was designed in this paper. The uses, performance, construction and principle of the machine were introduced,and its structure innovation was analyzed. The device can close the lid in batches,this will avoid the injuries to health cares from the broken tubes, and reduce the labor intensity of operators. Due to the advantages as simple structure, easy operation, cost-savings,high reliability and steady performance,it must have a broad market prospect.
