为模拟电梯曳引机轴承外圈旋转并不时正转、反转、停止以适应电梯升降和歇停工况特点,设计了采用中心摩擦轮驱动方式、气压加载并通过可编程控制器带动试验轴承进行密封、温升、振动等性能模拟运转的轴承试验机,介绍了试验机工作原理、结构特征和主要技术效果。

The bearing tester for sealing, temperature increasing and vibration was designed to simulate the rotation of outer ring of bearing used in the dragging system of elevator to rotate clockwise or anti-clockwise and pause from time to time to adapt to the working features of elevation in operation. This tester guides bearings with programming controller by means of center friction driving and air-pressure loading. The operational principle,structural characteristics and main technical effect of this tester will be introduced in this thesis.
