基于计算机视觉检测原理,提出了齿环视觉检测系统总体设计方案。根据作动器齿环的结构和质量要求,采用LED背光源的照明方式,通过CCD相机和大远心镜头采集齿环图像,构建了系统的硬件部件,使用HexSight视觉软件对图像进行处理。检测结果表明,该系统能准确判断零件的缺齿、表面瑕疵等缺陷及模具编号信息,系统的检测精度可达0.03 mm,并且结构简单和操作方便,能够满足齿环精密检测的要求。

A design scheme of machine vision measurement system to actuator ring was proposed based on computer visual examination principle. According to structure and quality requirement of actuator ring, the hardware device of vision measurement system was constructed with LED backlight, and the ring images were captured by CCD industrial camera and telephoto lens. The ring imaging was processed by means of HexSight processing software. The results show that the defect and numbered information of ring for example edentulous and die numeration was judged accurately by used of the measurement system. The measuring accuracy of measurement system can realized 0.03mm, and being simple structure and operation. The system basically meets the measurement requirements.
