塑件翘曲变形会严重影响塑件的外观质量和尺寸精度,通过Moldflow先进行浇口位置分析,通过获取理想的浇口位置,结合经验设置工艺参数对其进行充填+保压+翘曲分析,对比分析结果中的塑件翘曲变形信息。同时,对塑件基于Moldflow进行实验分析,以确定那些是影响塑件翘曲变形的主要因素。在实验分析获得结果后,可以根据分析结果来优化工艺参数以降低塑件的翘曲变形程度,进而降低塑件的翘曲变形程度以获得质量更好的塑件。

The warp distortion of plastic parts seriously affects the appearance of the plastic parts quality and dimensional accuracy. Conduct gate location analysis by Moldflow and obtain the ideal gate location. Then adopt filling, pressure maintaining and warping analysis through Moldflow and set process parameters with experience.we need view the results of the analysis of plastic parts warp deformation information. At the same time, to make sure which factors play important role on the warp distortion based on experiment analysis by Moldflow. At last, according to the analysis results to optimize the process parameters to reduce the buckling deformation of plastic parts, which lower the warping deformation degree in the plastic parts for better quality of plastic parts.
