目的：观察采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效影响。方法：将92例CSA患者按就诊顺序及治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组和观察组，各组46例；对照组单用牵引治疗，观察组采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗，治疗2个疗程后分别观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组的愈显率(86.96%)明显高于对照组(60.87%)，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组疗效优于对照组。结论：采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗CSA，其疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰채용혈위첩부연합홍광조사병견인치료대추동맥형경추병(CSA)적료효영향。방법：장92례CSA환자안취진순서급치료방법적불동수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각조46례；대조조단용견인치료，관찰조채용혈위첩부연합홍광조사병견인치료，치료2개료정후분별관찰량조적림상료효。결과：관찰조적유현솔(86.96%)명현고우대조조(60.87%)，조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조료효우우대조조。결론：채용혈위첩부연합홍광조사병견인치료CSA，기료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy on the cura-tive effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis (CSA). Methods:92 patients with CSA and treatment in clinic order different random matching is divided into control group and observation group, each group 46 cases;Control group to traction therapy, observation group USES the acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and trac-tion therapy, treatment 2 respectively, observe the clinical effects of two groups after treatment. Results:The marked-ly effective rate (86.96%) of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (60.87%), differ-ences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the observation group curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion:By traction combined with acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy CSA, its curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
