This paper introduced the development of a new Laser De-flasher on PLC. The core of the system is SIMATIC S7-300 series. The Laser De-flasher is very reliable and used easily and has better effect in the Industrial areas. The result of application showed that the control accuracy and reliability was very satisfactory. The operation practice shows that this system can run stably and meet the technique requirement.
