As the lead-free solders are used widely,more dross was form ed during wave soldering, which lead to industrial waste. In this paper, oxidation action of liquid solders and production characteristic of the dross in w ave soldering pot was introduced and some methods to reduce dross were enum erated.Itintroduces a high-efficiency wetseparation technology for dross and its advantages and disadvantages.
