目的:探讨专题加专人带教教学模式在重症医学专科医师带教中的作用。方法将2013年在重症医学科学习的专科医师作为试验组,实施专题加专人带教方法,2012年的专科医师作为对照组,进行专人带教等传统教学,通过考试成绩和问卷调查比较两种教学方法效果。结果在重症医学理论和操作考试中,试验组成绩平均分数明显高于对照组;问卷调查表明试验组专科医师优于对照组。结论重症医学临床专科医师带教过程中,专题加专人带教的教学模式具有一定优势,值得推广及研究。

목적:탐토전제가전인대교교학모식재중증의학전과의사대교중적작용。방법장2013년재중증의학과학습적전과의사작위시험조,실시전제가전인대교방법,2012년적전과의사작위대조조,진행전인대교등전통교학,통과고시성적화문권조사비교량충교학방법효과。결과재중증의학이론화조작고시중,시험조성적평균분수명현고우대조조;문권조사표명시험조전과의사우우대조조。결론중증의학림상전과의사대교과정중,전제가전인대교적교학모식구유일정우세,치득추엄급연구。
Objective To explore the role of the mode of thematic teaching plus specialist teaching in the training of clinical special-ists in ICU.Methods The resident doctors studying in ICU in 201 3 and 201 2 were respectively chosen and divided into test group and con-trol group.The mode of thematic teaching plus specialist teaching was implemented in test group,and the mode of specialist teaching was im-plemented in control group.Two methods were compared by examination results and the result of the questionnaire survey.Results In the theory and operation test of Critical Medicine,the average scores were significantly higher in test group than in the control group.The results of survey showed that the students in test group had higher degree of satisfaction than in control group.Conclusion In the clinical specialist training of resident doctors in ICU,the mode of thematic teaching plus specialist teaching has certain advantage,and is worth promotion and research.
