目的：探讨慢性硬膜下血肿（CSDH）钻孔引流术后常见并发症的原因及预防措施。方法对我院127例CSDH行单孔引流术后患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果治愈率98．6％，复发率9．4％，并发症发生率26．8％。结论钻孔引流是治疗CSDH的安全有效的治疗首选方法，通过改进手术方法及积极预防并发症，可有效提高治愈率。
목적：탐토만성경막하혈종（CSDH）찬공인류술후상견병발증적원인급예방조시。방법대아원127례CSDH행단공인류술후환자적림상자료진행회고분석。결과치유솔98．6％，복발솔9．4％，병발증발생솔26．8％。결론찬공인류시치료CSDH적안전유효적치료수선방법，통과개진수술방법급적겁예방병발증，가유효제고치유솔。
Objective To explore the cause and the prevention treatment measures of the postoperative complications in chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The postoperative clinical data of 1 27 chronic subdural hematoma patients with single-hole drilling cranium drainage from April 2003 to October 201 3 were analyzed.Results The cure rate was 98.6%,the recurrence rate was 9.4%,and the compli-cation rate was 26.8%.Conclusion The single hole drainage is safe and effective therapy for chronic subdural hematoma.Improving the op-eration method and preventing postoperative complications can effectively improve the cure rate.
