目的：探讨Ligasure血管闭合系统（LVSS）在胃癌根治术中应用的优点。方法2010年6月至2013年6月收治的57例胃癌患者，随机分为LVSS组（31例）和常规手术组（传统结扎法，26例），比较两组手术时间、术中出血、术后1周腹腔引流量、住院时间之间存在的差别。结果 LVSS组在手术时间、术中出血、1周腹腔引流量方面优于常规手术组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；而在住院时间方面，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 LVSS在胃癌根治术中具有确切止血、缩短手术时间和对深部的手术操作有独到的优势等优点。
목적：탐토Ligasure혈관폐합계통（LVSS）재위암근치술중응용적우점。방법2010년6월지2013년6월수치적57례위암환자，수궤분위LVSS조（31례）화상규수술조（전통결찰법，26례），비교량조수술시간、술중출혈、술후1주복강인류량、주원시간지간존재적차별。결과 LVSS조재수술시간、술중출혈、1주복강인류량방면우우상규수술조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；이재주원시간방면，량조차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론 LVSS재위암근치술중구유학절지혈、축단수술시간화대심부적수술조작유독도적우세등우점。
Objective to explore the clinical application value of Ligasure vessel sealing system(LVSS)in radical resection of gas-tric cancer.Methods 57 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups treated with Ligasure (n=31 )and conventional method (n=26).Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative peritoneal drainage,hospital stay were analyzed prospectively.Re-sults The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative peritoneal drainage in LVSS surgery group were superior to those in control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05 ).In terms of hospital stay in the two groups there was no significant difference (P>0.05 ).Conclusion LVSS has advantages of exact hemostasis,shortening operation time and the deep operation in radical resection of gastric cancer.
