目的：探讨颞下颌关节病损的治疗方法，提高临床治疗颞下颌关节病的效果。方法收集17例颞下颌关节病病例，通过开放性手术治疗，总结临床治疗效果。结果术后随访2～6个月，16例患者颞下颌关节病症状消退，咬合恢复，骨吸收较少，口外创口Ⅰ期愈合，无严重面神经损伤并发症。1例患者术后复发颞下颌强直。结论通过开放性手术可以较好改善颌关节病损症状，对临床治疗有一定参考价值。

목적：탐토섭하합관절병손적치료방법，제고림상치료섭하합관절병적효과。방법수집17례섭하합관절병병례，통과개방성수술치료，총결림상치료효과。결과술후수방2～6개월，16례환자섭하합관절병증상소퇴，교합회복，골흡수교소，구외창구Ⅰ기유합，무엄중면신경손상병발증。1례환자술후복발섭하합강직。결론통과개방성수술가이교호개선합관절병손증상，대림상치료유일정삼고개치。
Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic method of mandibular condylar fractures in order to improve the clinical treatment.Methods Clinical data of 1 7 cases with mandibular condylar disease were reviewed,the patients underwent open operation,and the treatment efficacy was summarized.Results 2~6 months after operation,1 6 cases′wounds were healed by fist intension,condylar symp-toms subsided,bite was back to normal,X ray inspection showed the condylar process was good without broken end shift,but there was one case with recurrence of joint stiffness.Conclusion Through open operation,we may improve clinical treatment for mandibular condylar dis-ease,which has some value in clinical application.
