以β-环糊精改性脲醛树脂为壁材,以石蜡为芯材成功制备了球形SiO2/β-环糊精/脲醛树脂微胶囊相变材料。采用FT-IR、SEM、DSC、TGA和XPS等分析手段对该球形微胶囊相变材料进行了表征,详细地讨论了不同SiO2用量对微胶囊的微观形貌、热稳定性以及相变焓的影响。实验结果表明:SiO2/β-环糊精/脲醛树脂相变微胶囊表面Si元素的原子质量分数为19.53%,相变焓值高达144.8 J· g-1,初始质量损失温度提高了约90℃。

Microcapsulated phase change materials (microPCMs) were prepared successfully with SiO2 modifiedβ-cyclodextrin/urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material and paraffin as the core material.FTIR, SEM, DSC, TGA and XPS were used to characterize spherical SiO2 modified microPCMs.The effects of SiO2 on surface morphology, thermal stability and the phase change enthalpy of the microPCMs were discussed in details.There is a Si atomic percentage of 19.53%on the sur-face of SiO2/microPCMs with a phase change enthalpy of 144 .8 J/g, and the initial weight loss temperature ( T0 ) increases by about 90℃.
