目的：了解某三甲医院替考拉宁的使用情况，评价其用药适宜性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾分析某三甲医院2012年7～12月所有使用替考拉宁的住院患者资料，对其应用适宜性作出评价。结果117例患者中，72．65％为适应证用药，64．10％为负荷量适宜，94．87％为维持量适宜。结论该院替考拉宁的使用情况基本合理，但对适应证的把握有待加强，起始负荷量不足的现象应引起重视。
목적：료해모삼갑의원체고랍저적사용정황，평개기용약괄의성，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법회고분석모삼갑의원2012년7～12월소유사용체고랍저적주원환자자료，대기응용괄의성작출평개。결과117례환자중，72．65％위괄응증용약，64．10％위부하량괄의，94．87％위유지량괄의。결론해원체고랍저적사용정황기본합리，단대괄응증적파악유대가강，기시부하량불족적현상응인기중시。
Objective To assess the appropriateness of teicoplanin prescription in a 3A grade hospital.Methods The study was conducted to determine the utilization patterns of teicoplanin by reviewing all medical records of in-patients who had used the drug from July 1 ,201 2 to December 31 ,201 2 in a 3A grade hospital.Results A total of 1 1 7 prescriptions were evaluated.Teicoplanin indications were ade-quate in 72.65% of the cases.There also had a high rate of correct maintenance dose (94.87%)to be observed.And a loading dose was ad-ministered in only 64.1 0% of the patients.Conclusion There is satisfactory appropriateness of teicoplanin prescription in this hospital,and the quality of prescription can be improved and should focus on indications and loading doses.
