目的：观察紫参胶囊对自然衰老大鼠体内单胺类神经递质含量影响。方法将60只12～14个月龄的SD雌性大鼠随机分为准老年对照组；紫参胶囊高、中、低剂量组；坤宝丸阳性对照组。另取4个月龄且体质量与上述大鼠体质量相当的12只雌性SD大鼠作为成年对照组，连续给药28 d后检测大鼠大脑皮层内单胺类神经递质含量。结果紫参胶囊能够明显提高自然衰老大鼠大脑皮层中多巴胺的含量，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），对5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素也有一定升高的趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论紫参胶囊可以通过影响单胺类神经递质含量来调节交感神经的兴奋性，从而缓解围绝经期综合征潮热汗出等症状。

Objective To observe the effect of Zishen capsule on the levels of monoamine neurotransmitter in natural aging rats. Methods A total of 60 female SD rats(1 2 to 1 4-month-old)were randomized into Quasi-aged control group,Zishen capsules of high,medi-um and low dose group,and Kunbaowan positive control group.Another 1 2 female SD rats(4-month-old)with the same body weight as 1 4-month-old rats were used as adult control group.The rats were continuously administered for 28 days,then the monoamine neurotransmitter levels of natural aging rats were detected.Results Zishen capsule could significantly improve the natural aging rat cerebral cortex dopamine levels(P<0.05).It also up-regulated the impression of 5-HT and NE,with no marked statistical difference.Conclusion Zishen capsule can adjust the excitability of the sympathetic nervous system via influencing the content of monoamine neurotransmitters,thus it alleviates the perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and sweating syndrome.
