为了探究适宜辣椒幼苗贮运的炼苗期基质含水量,研究了炼苗期不同基质相对含水量处理(25%~35%、40%~50%、55%~65%和70%~80%)对不同贮藏时间(0、2、4、6 d)下辣椒幼苗主要形态与生理标变化规律及定植后幼苗生长恢复能力的影响。结果表明:对于短期(2 d)贮藏而言,炼苗期的适宜基质相对含水量幅度较大(40%~80%);对于中期(4 d)和长期(6 d)贮藏,适宜将炼苗期基质相对含水量控制在70%~80%。相关性分析和通径分析结果表明,适宜评价贮运期间辣椒幼苗质量的单一标为叶健全数,复合标为粗+2.723真叶叶绿素含量-1.235地下部干质量。

In order to investigate the suitable substrate water content in the hardening period during storage and transportation of pepper(Capsicum annuum L. )seedlings,this experiment studied the effects of relative water contents in different substrates(25%-35%,40%-50%,55%-65% and 70%-80%)in the hardening period on the change rule of main morphological and physiological indices of pepper seedlings under different storage time periods(0,2,4,6 d),and the recovery ability of pepper seedlings after transplanting.The results show that for short term(2 d)storage,the appropriate relative water contents of substrate for seedlings during hardening period has a wide range(40%-80%).For medium-term(4 d)and long-term(6 d)storage,the suitable relative water content in substrate should be controlled between 70%to 80%during the hardening period .The results of correlation and path analyses suggest that the single index suitable for evaluating pepper seedling quality during storage and transportation is leaf integrity index,while the composite index is the stem diameter+2.723 leaf chlorophyll content-1.235 root dry weight.
