目的：探讨在手术显微镜下外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。 　　方法：对55例55眼孔源性视网膜脱离采用在手术显微镜下放视网膜下液,寻找视网膜裂孔,巩膜外冷凝,巩膜外垫压,玻璃体腔注无菌空气等方法进行治疗。 　　结果：患者50例一次外路手术视网膜脱离完全复位。随访6~12mo,最终复位率为91%,1例二次外路手术复位,4例复发视网膜脱离,行玻璃体切割手术复位。55例患者视力不同程度提高。 　　结论：在显微镜直视下行外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。
목적：탐토재수술현미경하외로수술치료공원성시망막탈리적료효。 　　방법：대55례55안공원성시망막탈리채용재수술현미경하방시망막하액,심조시망막렬공,공막외냉응,공막외점압,파리체강주무균공기등방법진행치료。 　　결과：환자50례일차외로수술시망막탈리완전복위。수방6~12mo,최종복위솔위91%,1례이차외로수술복위,4례복발시망막탈리,행파리체절할수술복위。55례환자시력불동정도제고。 　　결론：재현미경직시하행외로수술치료공원성시망막탈리시일충간편、안전、유효적방법。
AlM: To study the therapeutic effect of external-route microsurgery forrhegmatogenous retinal detachment. METHODS: ln 55 patients ( 55 eyes ) with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, drainage of subretinal fluid, examination of locating the holes, sclera cryotherapy, scleral buckling, and vitreous cavity injection of filtrated air were performed under surgical microscope. RESULTS:The retinal reattachment occurred in 50 cases after the primary surgery. The final rate of reattachment was 91% during 6 - 12mo follow - up. The retinal reattachment occurred in 1 case ( recurrent retinal detachment) after the secondary surgery and in 4 cases ( recurrent retinal detachment ) after vitrectomy. The eyesight was improved with different degrees in 55 cases.CONCLUSlON: The external- route microsurgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is simple, safe and effective.
