通过调查问卷，对学员创新能力进行了量化研究，结合我院《大学物理》实验班教学，对如何进行教学环境优化提出了几点建议，并对教学效果进行了阐述。

By questionnaire ,the paper researched on the students'innovation ability ,and then com bined with teaching in college physical experiment class ,some suggestions on how to optimize the environ ment of teaching were given ,and teaching effects are discussed .
