以辽榛3号(84-226)、平欧110(82-11)和达维(84-254)3个平欧杂种榛品系为试验材料,研究不同浓度的IBA、ABT1和GGR药剂对平欧杂种榛生根率、生根数量、生根粗度以及生根长度的影响。结果显示:辽榛3号繁苗时用这3种药剂处理均可;平欧110和达维用这3种药剂不同浓度处理,生根率和生根长度与对照相比差异均不显著;在浓度为1200 mg 灋L -1的IBA处理下的生根基径效果均最佳;在浓度为800 mg 灋L -1的IBA处理下平欧110的生根数量效果最佳,在浓度为1000 mg 灋L -1的IBA处理下的生根数量效果最佳。

Taking Liaozhen No .3(84-226) ,Corylus heterophylla × Corylus avellana 110 (82-11) and Davei (84-254) as materials ,the effects of different concentrations of IBA ,ABT1 & GGR on rooting rate ,root number ,root di-ameter & root length of Corylus heterophylla × Corylus avellan were studied .Result shows that :propagation of seedlings for Liaozhen No .3 (84-226)can use these three kinds of agents ;treating with these three kinds of agents in different concentrations ,rooting rate & root length of Corylus heterophylla × C .avellan 110 (82-11)& Davei(84-254) have no significant differences compared to the CK ;the effects is optimal by treating IBA at the concentration of 1 200 mg · L -1 on root diameter ;the effect is optimal by treating IBA at the concentration of 800 mg · L -1 on root number ;the effect is optimal by treating with IBA at the concentration of 1 000 mg · L -1 on root diameter .
