目的：探讨青光眼小梁切除术后不同眼球按摩护理方式对眼压及手术成功率的影响。方法收集小梁切除术后的青光眼患者40例（40只眼），根据患者的年龄、知识水平、接受能力、行为特点及健康状况不同分为患者自行按摩组23例（23只眼）及家属协助按摩组17例（17只眼）。住院期间（术后1周）两组患者均由受过专业训练的护士进行按摩，并详细指导患者或家属。于术后1周测量并比较两组患者的眼压。出院后两组患者分别由患者自行或家属协助按摩，于术后3个月观察并比较两组患者的眼压及手术成功率。结果术后1周，两组患者眼压差异无显著意义。术后3个月，自行按摩组眼压明显低于协助按摩组，自行按摩组手术成功率明显高于患者家属协助按摩组，差异均有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论小梁切除术后规范、正确的眼球按摩护理方式对功能性滤过泡的形成及眼压的控制具有十分重要的作用，可明显提高手术成功率。
목적：탐토청광안소량절제술후불동안구안마호리방식대안압급수술성공솔적영향。방법수집소량절제술후적청광안환자40례（40지안），근거환자적년령、지식수평、접수능력、행위특점급건강상황불동분위환자자행안마조23례（23지안）급가속협조안마조17례（17지안）。주원기간（술후1주）량조환자균유수과전업훈련적호사진행안마，병상세지도환자혹가속。우술후1주측량병비교량조환자적안압。출원후량조환자분별유환자자행혹가속협조안마，우술후3개월관찰병비교량조환자적안압급수술성공솔。결과술후1주，량조환자안압차이무현저의의。술후3개월，자행안마조안압명현저우협조안마조，자행안마조수술성공솔명현고우환자가속협조안마조，차이균유현저의의（P＜0．05）。결론소량절제술후규범、정학적안구안마호리방식대공능성려과포적형성급안압적공제구유십분중요적작용，가명현제고수술성공솔。
Objective To study the effect on the success rate of surgery and intraocular pressure for patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy by different ways of eyeball massage .Method 40 glaucoma patients (40 eyes) who have been performed trabeculectomy were involved in this study .According to patient’s age ,level of knowledge ,a-bility ,behavior characteristics and health condition ,these patients were divided into patient self massage group (23 cases ,23 eyes) and their family assistance massage group (17 cases ,17 eyes) .During the hospital stay (1 week) , nurses were responsible for ocular massage and training for these two group patients and their families . Three months after trabeculectomy ,patients’ intraocular pressure and success rate of operation in these two groups were observed and compared .Result Three months after trabeculectomy ,the intraocular pressure in patients with self massage group was lower than that of family assistance massage ,the success rate of operation in patients with self massage group was higher than that of family assistance massage .There was significant difference (P< 0 .05) . Conclusion Standard and correct ocular massage nursing mode plays an important role for the formation of functional filtering bleb and control of intraocular pressure after trabeculectomy .Standard and correct ocular massage nursing mode can significantly improve the success rate of operation .
