结合北京联合大学教学条件和学科特点,探讨了在工业分析与检验专业课程中实施“岗位综合能力渐进课训课业式”教学的目的、方案、措施和效果。在教学中,改革传统的教学模式,形成岗位综合能力渐进课训模式实验教学与课业式教学相结合、以“学生”为中心的教学模式,优化了实验教学,取得了较好的教学效果。

Considering the teaching conditions in Beijing Union University and the subject characteristics, this article explores the purpose, plan, measures and effects of implementing task-based teaching methods of gradual training pattern for comprehensive post abilities. In the teaching practice, the traditional teaching methods have been reformed and the gradual training pattern for comprehensive post abilities and task-base teaching are bound together. The student-centered teaching pattern optimized the experiment teaching with effective teaching results.
