Based on international personnel training pattern, a kind of teaching method of interactive innovation practice is proposed, which is based on interaction and innovation used in the teaching process for courses of measurement and control and cultivate the creative ability on mathematics, professional theory and engineering practice, and then improves autonomic learning ability, practice ability and team working ability. The classic courses such as single chip microcomputer and signal processing are analyzed to discuss the applications of the method and results in teaching reform.
