To improve the level of the key laboratory of daily management and the quality of practical teaching of undergraduates. And to cultivate and promote comprehensive quality and ability of graduates. Tai'an Subcent re of National Wheat Improvement Centre conducts explorement and research on several aspects that graduate student is responsible for the use and management of large precise instrument, the order of experimental material, the safety and sanitation of the laboratory, the teaching work of undergraduates, the guidance of graduation practice of undergraduate, and the tutorship of graduation thesis composing of undergraduates. Relative outcome has been achived through our attempts.
