目的：分析妈富隆治疗围绝期经期功能失调性子宫出血（围绝经期功血）的临床治疗效果。方法：将108例围绝经期功血患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各54例，治疗组给予妈富隆口服，对照组给予米非司酮治疗。并且在治疗前、后分别通过彩超测量子宫内膜厚度，同时化验黄体生成素（L H ）、雌二醇（E2）、卵泡雌激素（FS H ）和孕酮（P ）浓度。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．36，P＜0．05）。且治疗组的性激素浓度下降程度和子宫内膜变薄程度均显著优于对照组，差异也有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血疗效确切，副作用少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석마부륭치료위절기경기공능실조성자궁출혈（위절경기공혈）적림상치료효과。방법：장108례위절경기공혈환자수궤분위대조조화치료조각54례，치료조급여마부륭구복，대조조급여미비사동치료。병차재치료전、후분별통과채초측양자궁내막후도，동시화험황체생성소（L H ）、자이순（E2）、란포자격소（FS H ）화잉동（P ）농도。결과：치료조적총유효솔명현우우대조조，경비교차이유통계학의의（χ2＝4．36，P＜0．05）。차치료조적성격소농도하강정도화자궁내막변박정도균현저우우대조조，차이야유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：마부륭치료위절경기공혈료효학절，부작용소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective :To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding .Methods :108 patients who were diagnosed with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with 54 cases in each group ,the treatment group was given marvelon orally ,the control group was given mifepristone treatment .By color Doppler ultrasound and endometrial thickness were measured before treatment , after testing ,and luteinizing hormone (LH) ,estradiol (E2) ,follicular estrogen (FSH) and progesterone (P) concen-trations .Results :The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group ,the differ-ence has statistical significance (χ2 =4 .36 ,P<0 .05) .Sex hormone concentration and treatment groups decreased and the degree of endometrial thinning degree were significantly better than the control group ,there are statistically signifi-cant differences (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding of curative effect ,less side effects , is worthy of clinical application .
