目的：比较5-氨基酮戊酸光动力（ALA-PDT ）联合电离子治疗与重组人干扰素凝胶联合电离子治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣（CA）的疗效。方法：选择90例宫颈CA患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例，治疗组采用ALA-PDT联合电离子治疗，对照组采用重组人干扰素凝胶联合电离子手术治疗，比较两组的治愈率和复发率。采用χ2检验，P＜0．05有统计学意义。结果：治疗后随访3个月，治疗组治愈率（97．78％）明显高于对照组（73．33％）（ P＜0．01），复发率（2.22％）明显低于对照组（26．67％）（ P＜0．01）。结论：A L A-PD T 联合电离子治疗宫颈C A比重组人干扰素凝胶联合电离子治疗宫颈CA治愈率高，复发率明显减少，无明显不良反应，减轻了患者多次复发的痛苦，值得临床推广。
목적：비교5-안기동무산광동력（ALA-PDT ）연합전리자치료여중조인간우소응효연합전리자치료궁경첨예습우（CA）적료효。방법：선택90례궁경CA환자，수궤분위치료조여대조조각45례，치료조채용ALA-PDT연합전리자치료，대조조채용중조인간우소응효연합전리자수술치료，비교량조적치유솔화복발솔。채용χ2검험，P＜0．05유통계학의의。결과：치료후수방3개월，치료조치유솔（97．78％）명현고우대조조（73．33％）（ P＜0．01），복발솔（2.22％）명현저우대조조（26．67％）（ P＜0．01）。결론：A L A-PD T 연합전리자치료궁경C A비중조인간우소응효연합전리자치료궁경CA치유솔고，복발솔명현감소，무명현불량반응，감경료환자다차복발적통고，치득림상추엄。
Objective :To compare 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic (ALA-PDT ) combined treatment with ionizing recombinant human interferon gel combined with electric ion treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum (CA) effect . Methods :90 cases of cervical CA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 45 cases ,ALA-PDT treatment group combined electric ion therapy ,control group using recombinant human interferon gel combined with i-onizing surgery ,the cure rates and the recurrence rate were compared .using χ2 test ,P<0 .05 was statistically signifi-cant .Results:Follow-up 3 months after treatment ,cure rate (97 .78% ) was significantly higher (73 .33% ) (P<0 .01) , relapse rate (2 .22% ) was significantly lower than the control group (26 .67% ) (P< 0 .01) .Conclusion:ALA-PDT treatment of cervical CA ions combined ratio of recombinant human interferon gel combined with electric ion treatment of cervical CA high cure rate ,recurrence rate was significantly reduced ,no significant adverse reactions ,reducing the suffering of patients relapse several times ,worthy of promotion .
