利用RAPD技术对北部湾分离的24株Vp进行基因分型。结果显示:RAPD可以分离出7~11条不同的条带,大小0.45~1.50 kb。聚类分析结果表明在相似度为0.84时,RAPD分辨力指数为0.931。采用通过POPGENE 32软件对比了24株Vp的各种遗传参数,结果表明:RAPD的Shannon信息指数、有效等位基因数、Nei基因多样性分别为0.5616、1.6816和0.3823。表明RAPD能较好地研究Vp的分子遗传特征,适合于区分不同来源的Vp菌株。

Genotyping 24 strains of Vp from Beibu Gulf were conducted using RAPD. The results showed that RAPD yielded 7 to 11 distinct bands with the size range between 0.45 kb and 1.50 kb. Cluster analysis showed that with the coefficient more than 0.84 ,RAPD resolution index was 0.931. Using POPGENE 32 software compared to the parameters of various genetic 24 strains of Vp,results showed that the Shannon information index (I),effective number of alleles per locus(Ne),Nei′s gene diversity index(H)of RAPD were 0.561 6,1.681 6 and 0.382 3,respectively. The results showed that the RAPD method was sensitive to distinguish reflect the molecular genetic characteristics Vp strains.
