目的：探讨自制U形架在消毒供应室清洗器械过程中对工作效能的影响。方法将重复使用轴节类手术器械随机分成实验（串洗）组和对照（筐洗）组，分别放到全自动清洗机进行清洗，并对两组的每机装载量、干燥时间以及清洗后的质量进行追踪观察。结果双U形架串洗与单U形架筐洗在装载量、清洗质量比较差异有显著意义（P＜0．01）。同时，干燥时间缩短了10 min ，全程清洗时间缩短14．3％。结论双U形架串洗的装载方法在每机清洗的工作效率及清洗质量方面，均明显优于单U形架筐洗。

Objective To study the effect on work effectiveness by homemade U frame for cleaning equipment in the sterilization and supply room .Method The repeated used coupling type operation device were randomly divided into experimental group(string wash) and control group (basket wash) .All equipment was cleaned by full automatic washing machine .The machine loading ,drying time and the quality after cleaning was traced and observed .Result There was significant difference in machine loading and the quality after cleaning between U shaped frame string wash and single U frame basket wash (P<0 .01) .At the same time ,the drying time is shortened by 10 minutes , the whole cleaning time is shortened 14% in U shaped frame string wash compared with that of single U frame bas-ket wash .Conclusion The double U shaped frame on loading method of washing in the work efficiency of each ma-chine cleaning and cleaning quality ,were significantly better than the single U shaped frame basket wash .
