目的:探讨血液灌流对急性重度有机磷农药中毒治疗方面的临床效果。方法将急诊收治的急性重度有机磷农药中毒病例40例分为观察组11例,对照组29例。对照组采取常规治疗方式,观察组在此基础上予以血液灌流治疗,对比两组病例的治愈率、昏迷到清醒的时间长短、阿托品的用量及灌流前后胆碱酯酶水平的变化。结果两组病例在治愈率、阿托品总用量方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而昏迷至清醒的时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组病例治疗前后,血液胆碱酯酶的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒效果较为满意,应大力推广使用。

목적:탐토혈액관류대급성중도유궤린농약중독치료방면적림상효과。방법장급진수치적급성중도유궤린농약중독병례40례분위관찰조11례,대조조29례。대조조채취상규치료방식,관찰조재차기출상여이혈액관류치료,대비량조병례적치유솔、혼미도청성적시간장단、아탁품적용량급관류전후담감지매수평적변화。결과량조병례재치유솔、아탁품총용량방면차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),이혼미지청성적시간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),관찰조병례치료전후,혈액담감지매적수평차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용혈액관류치료급성중도유궤린농약중독효과교위만의,응대력추엄사용。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of blood perfusion in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Divided 40 cases of acute severe organo-phosphorus pesticide poisoning in emergency department of our hospital into two groups, 11 cases in observation group, 29 cases in control group. The control group treated with conventional treatment, observation group treated with hemoperfusion on basis of control group, compared cure rate, length of time from coma to awake, dosage of atropine and cholinesterase levels before and after perfusion of two groups. Results For the two groups, there were no statistically significance in the cure rate, dosage of atropine(P>0.05), and there were statistically significant in length of time from coma to awake(P<0.05), observation group before and after treatment, blood cholinesterase enzyme levels had increased significantly. Conclusion Hemoperfusion has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, so it is worty of clinical promotion.
