Sodium fusidate%Pneumonia pathogens%Gram-positive bacteria
目的:分析研究不同肺炎致病菌对夫西地酸钠的敏感性。方法选取600例肺炎患者为研究对象,收集患者深部痰及呼吸道分泌物作为标本,根据《临床检验操作规程》和检测仪器、试剂的操作方法对不同肺炎致病菌进行鉴定、培养和药敏试验,观察不同肺炎致病菌对夫西地酸钠的敏感性。结果革兰阳性细菌均对夫西地酸钠具有敏感性,其中金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌及棒状杆菌敏感性较高,各菌种敏感率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌的敏感率低于上述各菌种,其中甲型溶血性链球菌敏感率明显低于其他菌种敏感率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同肺炎致病菌中,革兰阳性细菌均对夫西地酸钠具有较强的敏感性。
目的:分析研究不同肺炎緻病菌對伕西地痠鈉的敏感性。方法選取600例肺炎患者為研究對象,收集患者深部痰及呼吸道分泌物作為標本,根據《臨床檢驗操作規程》和檢測儀器、試劑的操作方法對不同肺炎緻病菌進行鑒定、培養和藥敏試驗,觀察不同肺炎緻病菌對伕西地痠鈉的敏感性。結果革蘭暘性細菌均對伕西地痠鈉具有敏感性,其中金黃色葡萄毬菌、錶皮葡萄毬菌、肺炎鏈毬菌及棒狀桿菌敏感性較高,各菌種敏感率差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),甲型溶血性鏈毬菌、肺炎鏈毬菌的敏感率低于上述各菌種,其中甲型溶血性鏈毬菌敏感率明顯低于其他菌種敏感率,差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論不同肺炎緻病菌中,革蘭暘性細菌均對伕西地痠鈉具有較彊的敏感性。
목적:분석연구불동폐염치병균대부서지산납적민감성。방법선취600례폐염환자위연구대상,수집환자심부담급호흡도분비물작위표본,근거《림상검험조작규정》화검측의기、시제적조작방법대불동폐염치병균진행감정、배양화약민시험,관찰불동폐염치병균대부서지산납적민감성。결과혁란양성세균균대부서지산납구유민감성,기중금황색포도구균、표피포도구균、폐염련구균급봉상간균민감성교고,각균충민감솔차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),갑형용혈성련구균、폐염련구균적민감솔저우상술각균충,기중갑형용혈성련구균민감솔명현저우기타균충민감솔,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론불동폐염치병균중,혁란양성세균균대부서지산납구유교강적민감성。
Objective To analyze susceptibility of different pneumonia pathogens to sodium fusidate. Methods Selected 600 cases of pneumonia patients as research subjects. Collected deep sputum and respiratory secretions as specimens, according to "Clinical Laboratory Procedures" and operation method of laboratory equipment and reagents to identify, culture and take sensitivity test with different pneumonia pathogens, to observe susceptibility of different pneumonia pathogens to fusidate. Results Gram-positive bacteria had sensitive for sodium fusidate, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis, streptococcus pneumoniae and corynebacterium had higher sensitivity. There was no significant difference in sensitivity of each strain(P>0.05), sensitive of hemolytic streptococcus and streptococcus pneumoniae were lower than the above bacteria, sensitive of hemolytic streptococcus was significantly lower than other species of bacteria, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In different pneumonia pathogens, gram-positive bacteria has a strong sensitivity for sodium fusidate.
