目前，甲基苯丙胺的滥用呈上升趋势，已成为21世纪最广泛滥用的新型毒品。甲基苯丙胺的依赖机制涉及多种神经递质系统，其中主要包括多巴胺、谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、5-羟色胺乙酰胆碱递质等。文中对甲基苯丙胺依赖的相关神经递质系统的研究进展作一综述。

Currently,The methamphetamine abuse is rising internationally,It has become a new type of the most widely abused drug in 21st century.The mechanism of methamphetamine-dependent addiction involves various neurotransmitter systems ,including dopamine,serotonin,glutaMETHte,acetylcholine.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of methamphetamine-dependent addiction related to the neurotransmitter systems in recent years.
