目的：探讨“链式”护理服务对2型糖尿病独居老年患者的效果。方法：采用“链式”护理方法对60例2型糖尿病独居老年患者进行护理，观察1年后患者的行为改变。结论：采用“链式”护理后，患者在用药依从性、合理饮食、自我观察病情、主动与他人沟通方面改善明显（P＜0.05）。患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压明显下降(P＜0.05)。结论：“链式”护理能提高糖尿病独居老人的自我护理能力及遵医率，有利于控制血糖水平。

목적：탐토“련식”호리복무대2형당뇨병독거노년환자적효과。방법：채용“련식”호리방법대60례2형당뇨병독거노년환자진행호리，관찰1년후환자적행위개변。결론：채용“련식”호리후，환자재용약의종성、합리음식、자아관찰병정、주동여타인구통방면개선명현（P＜0.05）。환자공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당、당화혈홍단백、혈압명현하강(P＜0.05)。결론：“련식”호리능제고당뇨병독거노인적자아호리능력급준의솔，유리우공제혈당수평。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the extensive nursing service in mamagement of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who live alone. Methods:Sixty diabetic elderly patients received extensive nursing service.The behavior of the patients was eveluated after one year. Results:The compliance of medication, reasonable diet, self-observing was improved and active communication in these patients was also obviously improved (P<0.05). The blood pressure, FPG 2 h PG and HbAlc in patients reduced (P<0.05).Conculsion:The application of extensive nursing service can increase the ability of self-observing and madication adherence in elderly patients with diabetes, which is of beneift to control the blood pressure of the patients.
