目的：观察乳腺癌患者配偶的社区健康干预对夫妻焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法：随机抽样150对患者夫妻为研究对象，干预组对患者配偶进行社区健康干预，对照组配偶仅作常规关怀。采用抑郁量表评估两组焦虑、抑郁情况。结果：干预组干预前后患者配偶焦虑和抑郁评估差异明显（P＜0.05），对照组无差异。结论：乳腺癌患者配偶的社区健康干预对改善夫妻焦虑、抑郁有积极作用。
목적：관찰유선암환자배우적사구건강간예대부처초필、억욱적영향。방법：수궤추양150대환자부처위연구대상，간예조대환자배우진행사구건강간예，대조조배우부작상규관부。채용억욱량표평고량조초필、억욱정황。결과：간예조간예전후환자배우초필화억욱평고차이명현（P＜0.05），대조조무차이。결론：유선암환자배우적사구건강간예대개선부처초필、억욱유적겁작용。
Objective:To observe the impact of the community health intervention on the anxiety and depression of the spouses of breast cancer patients. Methods:Total of 150 pairs of spouses were selected as the research subjects randomly, among whom 100 pairs were divided into the intervention group and 50 into the compared one. The spouses of breast cancer patients in the intervention group received the community health intervention and the control group only got the routine care. The anxiety and depression of both groups were evaluated with the depression scale. Results:The difference of the anxiety and depression in the intervention group was obvious before and after intervention (p<0.05), and there was no difference in the compared group. Conclusion:The community health intervention has an active role in improving the anxiety and depression of the pairs of spouses of breast cancer patients.
