目的:对UniCel DXI 800型全自动微粒子化学发光分析仪定量检测血清黄体酮(Prog)进行性能评价。方法运用该系统检测血清Prog,并对其灵敏度、精密度、准确度及特异性等进行方法学评价。同时与Access 2免疫分析系统进行相关性比较。结果该系统检测血清 Prog 的精密度较高,变异系数小于10%,最低检测限为0.1 ng/mL,回收率范围为95.3%~104.7%,抗干扰能力各项指标均达到较高水准。与Access 2化学发光免疫系统结果比较具有很好的相关性,得到回归方程:Y=0.84X-0.63,r=0.978。结论该系统对定量检测血清Prog 有较高的灵敏度和高特异性,且精密度符合临床要求,与Access 2检测系统有很好的相关性,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the quantitative detection of serum progesterone by UnicellDXI-800 automated chemilumines-cent analyzer.Methods To detect the serum progesterone,and evaluate the sensitivity,precision,accuracy and specificity.At the same time,the correlation with Access 2 immune system was analyzed as well.Results The precision of this system of serum pro-gesterone detection was high,with the variation coefficient less than 10%,the sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL,and the recovery range of 95.3% to 104.7%.And the anti-jamming capability indexes reached higher level.It had good correlation compareing with the pre-vious Access 2 chemiluminescence immune system,and the regression equation obtained wasY= 0.84X-0.63,r= 0.978.Conclu-sion The system for quantitative detection of serum progesterone had high sensitivity and specificity,and its precision could consistent with clinical requirements.It has good correlation with Access 2 chemiluminescence immune system and worthy of promotion.
