针对金沙江下游河段乌东德-白鹤滩-溪洛渡-向家坝4级开发方案,对常年回水区和变动回水区的航道条件进行了研究。结果表明:梯级电站建成后,可在768 km的河段上形成总长约617 km的常年回水区和总长约117 km的变动回水区,在水库维持正常蓄水位运行时,河道航道条件将有所改善,均基本符合1000 t级航道要求;当水库水位消落至死水位附近时,不能满足通航要求;水库建成后,需整治河道和治理库区地质灾害,以保障通航安全。
針對金沙江下遊河段烏東德-白鶴灘-溪洛渡-嚮傢壩4級開髮方案,對常年迴水區和變動迴水區的航道條件進行瞭研究。結果錶明:梯級電站建成後,可在768 km的河段上形成總長約617 km的常年迴水區和總長約117 km的變動迴水區,在水庫維持正常蓄水位運行時,河道航道條件將有所改善,均基本符閤1000 t級航道要求;噹水庫水位消落至死水位附近時,不能滿足通航要求;水庫建成後,需整治河道和治理庫區地質災害,以保障通航安全。
침대금사강하유하단오동덕-백학탄-계락도-향가패4급개발방안,대상년회수구화변동회수구적항도조건진행료연구。결과표명:제급전참건성후,가재768 km적하단상형성총장약617 km적상년회수구화총장약117 km적변동회수구,재수고유지정상축수위운행시,하도항도조건장유소개선,균기본부합1000 t급항도요구;당수고수위소락지사수위부근시,불능만족통항요구;수고건성후,수정치하도화치리고구지질재해,이보장통항안전。
Aiming at 4 cascade hydropower developing scheme of lower Jinsha River including Wudongde, Baihetan, Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations, the navigation channel conditions in fluctuating backwater area and perennial backwater area were studied. The results shows that the perennial backwater area with length of 617 km and fluctuating backwater area with length of 117 km were formed in the river channel with length of 768 km. Under normal water level, the navigation channel con-ditions were improved, which meets the requirement of 1000 DWT channel. Navigation is impossible when reservoir water level drops to dead storage level. After the completion of the reservoirs, river channel regulation and geological hazard treatment in the reservoir region needs to be carried out, so as to ensure the navigation safety.
