目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者经恩替卡韦治疗24个月后,血清及肝细胞中的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)共价闭合环状DNA(cccDNA)表达水平的变化情况。方法对126例慢性乙型肝炎患者给予恩替卡韦治疗24个月,采用荧光定量PCR法检测治疗前、后血清中的 HBV DNA,血清及肝细胞中的 HBV cccDNA水平。结果126例慢性乙型肝炎患者经恩替卡韦治疗24个月后,有81.75%(103/126)的患者血清中HBV DNA<103 copy/mL。16例慢性乙型肝炎患者在肝细胞中检测到HBV cccDNA,并且其水平在治疗前、后无变化。结论经恩替卡韦治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者,HBV DNA复制虽然被有效抑制,但肝细胞内的HBV cccDNA并未被彻底清除。

목적:탐토만성을형간염환자경은체잡위치료24개월후,혈청급간세포중적을형간염병독(HBV)공개폐합배상DNA(cccDNA)표체수평적변화정황。방법대126례만성을형간염환자급여은체잡위치료24개월,채용형광정량PCR법검측치료전、후혈청중적 HBV DNA,혈청급간세포중적 HBV cccDNA수평。결과126례만성을형간염환자경은체잡위치료24개월후,유81.75%(103/126)적환자혈청중HBV DNA<103 copy/mL。16례만성을형간염환자재간세포중검측도HBV cccDNA,병차기수평재치료전、후무변화。결론경은체잡위치료적만성을형간염환자,HBV DNA복제수연피유효억제,단간세포내적HBV cccDNA병미피철저청제。
Objective To explore the changes of hepatitis B virus (HBV)covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA)levels in chronic hepatitis B patients after 24 months of treatment with entecavir.Methods Serum levels of HBV cccDNA and HBV DNA, and liver cell levels of HBV cccDNA were detected in 126 patients with chronic hepatitis B before treatment and after treatment of entecavir for 24 months by using quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results After treatment of entecavir for 24 months,there were 103 patients (81 .75%)were with HBV DNA levels less than 103 copies/mL.HBV cccDNA could be detected in liver cells of 16 patients,but the levels were not with significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion Although replication of HBV DNA could be effectively suppressed by treatment of entecavir,but HBV cccDNA in liver cells could not be completely removed.
