目的:研究海马中突触体相关蛋白在学习记忆中的作用。方法:以大鼠为研究对象,将它们分为幼年组和老年组,幼年组大鼠为断乳期,老年组大鼠22月龄。运用Y-迷宫法对两组大鼠进行空间学习记忆行为训练,然后用免疫组化和Western blot检验大鼠海马内突触素以及生长相关蛋白的情况。结果:老年组的学习能力较强,幼年组记忆能力较强(P<0.05)。老年组海马内的生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)明显高于幼年组,而突触素的表达低于幼年组(P<0.05)。GAP-43表达量和记忆能力成反比关系,与学习能力成正比关系,突触素表达量与记忆能力成正比关系,与学习能力成反比关系。结论:GAP-43和突触素在大鼠空间分辨学习记忆的过程中发挥着重要作用,老年大鼠的中枢神经系统保持着潜在的神经元退化修复的功能。

목적:연구해마중돌촉체상관단백재학습기억중적작용。방법:이대서위연구대상,장타문분위유년조화노년조,유년조대서위단유기,노년조대서22월령。운용Y-미궁법대량조대서진행공간학습기억행위훈련,연후용면역조화화Western blot검험대서해마내돌촉소이급생장상관단백적정황。결과:노년조적학습능력교강,유년조기억능력교강(P<0.05)。노년조해마내적생장상관단백(GAP-43)명현고우유년조,이돌촉소적표체저우유년조(P<0.05)。GAP-43표체량화기억능력성반비관계,여학습능력성정비관계,돌촉소표체량여기억능력성정비관계,여학습능력성반비관계。결론:GAP-43화돌촉소재대서공간분변학습기억적과정중발휘착중요작용,노년대서적중추신경계통보지착잠재적신경원퇴화수복적공능。
Objective:To research the role of the hippocampus synaptosomal associated protein in learning and memory.Method:The rats as the research object,they were divided into young group and elderly group,the rats of young group in weaning period,the rats of elderly group were 22 months old.The use of Y-maze test on the two groups of rats for spatial learning and memory behavior training,followed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot test in the rat hippocampus synaptophysin and GAP-43 situation.Result:The learning ability of elderly group was stronger,the memory ability of young group was stronger(P<0.05).Growth associated protein GAP-43 in the hippocampus of elderly group was significantly higher than that in young group,and the expression of synaptophysin was lower than those in the young group(P<0.05).Expression of GAP-43 and memory capacity was inversely proportional relationship,and the learning ability was proportional,the expression of synaptophysin and memory capacity was proportional relationship,and learning ability was inversely proportional relationship. Conclusion:GAP-43 and synaptophysin resolution plays an important role in the process of learning and memory in rats,the central nervous system in aged rats maintained potential neuronal degeneration repair function.
