目的：评价营养支持在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗后病情转归及预后变化，观察患者营养状态变化与临床治疗效果关系。方法：选择2012年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院呼吸内科收治的46例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者，随机分为营养支持组(23例)及对照组(23例)，两组患者均接受常规抗感染、解痉、氧疗治疗，营养支持组在常规治疗基础上加用口服或鼻饲肠内营养液。检测两组治疗前后的血清白蛋白，观察两组治疗后的好转率。结果：治疗10 d后两组血清白蛋白及好转率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：合理的营养支持可改善COPD急性加重期患者的营养状态，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：평개영양지지재만성조새성폐질병(COPD)치료후병정전귀급예후변화，관찰환자영양상태변화여림상치료효과관계。방법：선택2012년1월-2013년12월필자소재의원호흡내과수치적46례만성조새성폐질병급성가중기환자，수궤분위영양지지조(23례)급대조조(23례)，량조환자균접수상규항감염、해경、양료치료，영양지지조재상규치료기출상가용구복혹비사장내영양액。검측량조치료전후적혈청백단백，관찰량조치료후적호전솔。결과：치료10 d후량조혈청백단백급호전솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：합리적영양지지가개선COPD급성가중기환자적영양상태，제고림상치료효과。
Objective:To evaluate the changes and prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) after nutritional support treatment,and to observe the relationship between the changes of nutritional status and clinical therapeutic efficacy of patients.Method:46 cases with COPD in department of respiration in author’s hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into nutrition support group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional therapy:anti-infection,spasmolysis,oxygen therapy,and the nutrition support group treated with oral or nasal feeding enteral nutrient fluid on the basis of conventional therapy.The serum albumins of two groups were detected before and after treatment,the improvement rate of two groups after treatment were observed.Result:After 10 days treatment,there were significant differences of the serum albumin and improvement rate between nutrition support group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rational nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of patients in acute exacerbation of COPD,can improve the clinical therapeutic efficacy.
