2例患者静脉滴注米力农注射液发生低血压休克，经及时救治休克得到纠正。考虑因米力农注射液引起的严重药物不良反应，可能与药物药理作用、给药方案以及与其他药物协同降压作用有关。建议临床使用米力农时应密切监测血压，采用小剂量静脉微量泵输注给药，进一步控制药物输注时的速度、浓度并注意药物的协同作用。
2例患者靜脈滴註米力農註射液髮生低血壓休剋，經及時救治休剋得到糾正。攷慮因米力農註射液引起的嚴重藥物不良反應，可能與藥物藥理作用、給藥方案以及與其他藥物協同降壓作用有關。建議臨床使用米力農時應密切鑑測血壓，採用小劑量靜脈微量泵輸註給藥，進一步控製藥物輸註時的速度、濃度併註意藥物的協同作用。
2례환자정맥적주미력농주사액발생저혈압휴극，경급시구치휴극득도규정。고필인미력농주사액인기적엄중약물불량반응，가능여약물약리작용、급약방안이급여기타약물협동강압작용유관。건의림상사용미력농시응밀절감측혈압，채용소제량정맥미량빙수주급약，진일보공제약물수주시적속도、농도병주의약물적협동작용。
2 patients receiving milrinone injection suffered hypotensive shock, which might be a severe drug adverse reaction caused by milrinone injection. By analyzing the relevant factors, we considered that this adverse reaction possibly related to the property of the drug effects, the dosage regimen, and synergistic hypotensive effect of other combined drugs. It indicates that the use of milrinone needs controlling patients’blood pressure via properly monitoring the infusion velocity and concentration of the drug, and the synergistic effect due to drug interactions.
