目的：探讨外剥内扎术对环状混合痔患者的治疗效果。方法：选择2012-2013年笔者所在医院收治的环状混合痔患者80例作为研究对象，平均随机分为两组，一组患者进行外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔，为外剥内扎术组，另一组患者进行常规的手术治疗环状混合痔，为常规组，分别对比两组手术时间、住院时间、肛门狭窄愈合时间以及患者的满意程度，同时对比两组手术产生的并发症情况，如出血、尿潴留以及肛管直肠壁血肿。结果：外剥内扎术组患者手术时间、住院时间、肛门狭窄愈合时间都明显比常规组短，同时外剥内扎术组患者对治疗效果的满意程度也比常规组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，并且外剥内扎术组患者的并发症发生率也比常规组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：外剥内扎术对环状混合痔的疗效显著，值得临床手术治疗的推广和应用。
목적：탐토외박내찰술대배상혼합치환자적치료효과。방법：선택2012-2013년필자소재의원수치적배상혼합치환자80례작위연구대상，평균수궤분위량조，일조환자진행외박내찰술치료배상혼합치，위외박내찰술조，령일조환자진행상규적수술치료배상혼합치，위상규조，분별대비량조수술시간、주원시간、항문협착유합시간이급환자적만의정도，동시대비량조수술산생적병발증정황，여출혈、뇨저류이급항관직장벽혈종。결과：외박내찰술조환자수술시간、주원시간、항문협착유합시간도명현비상규조단，동시외박내찰술조환자대치료효과적만의정도야비상규조고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，병차외박내찰술조환자적병발증발생솔야비상규조저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：외박내찰술대배상혼합치적료효현저，치득림상수술치료적추엄화응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of ring mixed hemorrhoids.Method:80 cases with ring mixed hemorrhoids in author’s hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected for the study,they were average and randomly divided into two groups,one group of patients was treated with Milligan-Morgan as Milligan-Morgan group,another group of patients for routine surgery circumferential mixed as the conventional group, respectively,the operative time,hospital stay,anal stenos healing time and patient satisfaction in two groups were compared,the complications in two groups, such as bleeding,urinary retention and anal rectal wall hematoma were compared.Result:The operative time,hospital stay,anal stenos healing time in Milligan-Morgan group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group,and satisfaction of treatment effects in Milligan-Morgan group was higher than that in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the complication rates in Milligan-Morgan group was significantly lower that that in conventional group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Milligan-Morgan is significant,it is worthy of promotion and application of clinical surgery.
