目的:探讨待签合同的护士(以下简称为待培护士)进行固定床位管理教学模式的效果。方法:选取2010年7月-2013年1月完成大专以上护理专业文凭,无法单独进行护理工作的待培护士62人,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组32人,对照组30人。试验组采用固定床位管理教学模式,对照组采取传统的带教模式。结果:试验组护士理论、技术、患者满意度等考核优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过固定床位管理教育模式,护士理论知识与临床技能相结合的能力水平和责任心都明显提高,使护理质量得以保证,患者的满意度提升。

목적:탐토대첨합동적호사(이하간칭위대배호사)진행고정상위관리교학모식적효과。방법:선취2010년7월-2013년1월완성대전이상호리전업문빙,무법단독진행호리공작적대배호사62인,수궤분위시험조화대조조,시험조32인,대조조30인。시험조채용고정상위관리교학모식,대조조채취전통적대교모식。결과:시험조호사이론、기술、환자만의도등고핵우우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:통과고정상위관리교육모식,호사이론지식여림상기능상결합적능력수평화책임심도명현제고,사호리질량득이보증,환자적만의도제승。
Objective:To explore the effect of fixed-bed management education mode for pending sign a contract nursing(hereinafter referred to as training of nurse).Method:62 persons from July 2010 to January 2013 which were completed in professional diploma in nursing college,unable to care nurse training to be a separate staff,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,32 persons in the experimental group,and 30 persons in the control group,the experimental group was took the fixed-bed management education mode,the control group was took traditional teaching method.Result:The theory,technology and the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fixed-bed management education mode can significantly improve theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in combining ability level and sense of responsibility,and it can ensure the quality of care and can improve the patient satisfaction.
