目的:探讨护士健康教育培训对骨折患者康复的影响。方法:选取2011年1-11月笔者所在医院收治的45例骨折患者为对照组,2011年12月-2012年12月收治的85例骨折患者为试验组,其中对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育培训,观察比较两组患者治疗效果、知识知晓情况、患者满意度、依从性及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组患者自我康复能力、X线预期愈合及功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者疾病知识、自我护理、恢复训练、出院指导知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度及依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对骨折患者开展健康教育,提高患者知识知晓率,提高治疗效果,有效降低并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。护士健康教育培训对骨折患者康复具有十分重要的临床意义,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토호사건강교육배훈대골절환자강복적영향。방법:선취2011년1-11월필자소재의원수치적45례골절환자위대조조,2011년12월-2012년12월수치적85례골절환자위시험조,기중대조조환자급여상규호리,시험조환자재상규호리적기출상급여건강교육배훈,관찰비교량조환자치료효과、지식지효정황、환자만의도、의종성급병발증발생정황。결과:시험조환자자아강복능력、X선예기유합급공능회복정황우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조환자질병지식、자아호리、회복훈련、출원지도지식지효솔고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조환자만의도급의종성우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조병발증발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:침대골절환자개전건강교육,제고환자지식지효솔,제고치료효과,유효강저병발증적발생,제고환자적생존질량。호사건강교육배훈대골절환자강복구유십분중요적림상의의,치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the impact of training on health education of nurses fracture patient rehabilitation. Method:45 cases of fracture patients from January to November 2011 in author’s hospital inpatient treatment for the control group,85 cases of fracture patients from December 2011 to December 2012 in author’s hospital inpatient treatment for experimental group,which received routine care of patients in the control group,the experimental group were treated with routine care,health education and training,based on observed treatment effects were compared in patients with knowledge about the situation,patient satisfaction,adherence and occurrence of complications. Result:The experimental group were self-healing capabilities,was expected to heal and function of X-ray of recovery compared with the control group were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group were disease knowledge,self-care,recovery training,discharge guidance knowledge rate than the control group of patients improved significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group,patient satisfaction and compliance compared with the control group were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group,the incidence of complications compared the control group was significantly lower in patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:To carry out health education for fracture patients,improve patient knowledge and awareness, improve treatment,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of patients. Nurses’ Health education and training for the rehabilitation of patients with a clinical fracture is very important,should be widely applied.
