目的:评价低剂量CT(100 mAs)模式在成人颅内出血患者复查中的应用价值。方法:随机对35例成人颅内出血行CT复查患者,采用常规模式扫描(Ⅰ组)后,加用低剂量(100 mAs)扫描(Ⅱ组),以Ⅰ组为参照,对Ⅱ组图像进行评分以及诊断效能评价。结果:两组图像质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Ⅱ组辐射剂量较Ⅰ组降低66.7%;血肿等病灶在Ⅱ组图像的不可诊断构成比小于10.1%,腔梗等病灶的不可诊断构成比为30.0%~36.4%。结论:低剂量CT(100 mAs)模式在降低患者辐射上意义明显,且能基本满足临床对成人颅内出血患者复查的主要目的,可以与常规扫描模式交替使用。

목적:평개저제량CT(100 mAs)모식재성인로내출혈환자복사중적응용개치。방법:수궤대35례성인로내출혈행CT복사환자,채용상규모식소묘(Ⅰ조)후,가용저제량(100 mAs)소묘(Ⅱ조),이Ⅰ조위삼조,대Ⅱ조도상진행평분이급진단효능평개。결과:량조도상질량비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),단Ⅱ조복사제량교Ⅰ조강저66.7%;혈종등병조재Ⅱ조도상적불가진단구성비소우10.1%,강경등병조적불가진단구성비위30.0%~36.4%。결론:저제량CT(100 mAs)모식재강저환자복사상의의명현,차능기본만족림상대성인로내출혈환자복사적주요목적,가이여상규소묘모식교체사용。
Objective:To assess the application value of CT low-dose (100 mAs) model for scanning adult head with intracranial hemorrhage in follow up cases.Method:35 adult patients with intracranial hemorrhage who need follow up CT scans were chosen with random method for a study of low-dose CT.After scans of the standard-dose(groupⅠ),the low-dose (100 mAs) model were scaned(GroupⅡ).Based on groupⅠas reference,the evaluation and diagnosis efficiency of groupⅡimages were assessed.Result:The two groups had significant difference in image quality(P<0.05),but the groupⅡradiation dose decreased by 66.7%compared with groupⅠ.The no diagnosis constituent ratio of hematoma and other lesions were less than 10.1%in groupⅡimages,lacunar infarction and other lesions were about 30.0%-36.4%.Conclusion:It’s significant to reduce radiation on patients with low-dose CT (100 mAs) model.And it can basically meet the main purpose of adult patients with clinical follow-up of intracranial hemorrhage.It can be used with the standard-dose CT scanning mode in turn.
